I am Kartik Choudhary – graduate student in the College of Information and Computer Science at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. My interests include natural language processing and reinforcement learning. Specifically, my research is aimed at elevating the capabilities and reliability of generative AI models.
As a data scientist and ML engineer, I have over three years of experience leveraging massive amounts of data to drive growth and enhance user experiences in the domains of telecom, advertising, and customer service.
I bring experience in building scalable ML solutions, serving hundreds of millions of customers, by utilizing tools such as PyTorch, Spark, SQL, and Tableau. I have a proven track record of leveraging machine learning, data analytics, and visualization to improve customer experience while reducing operating costs.
